TRS Custom Covers are manufactured to the highest standards to withstand wear & tear, and still leave the vehicle’s original seats looking like new.

Our imported fabric is 100% polyester and complies with CE standards for use an automobile interior fabric. It has a Martindale rub count of 80,000 (the minimum required by SABS is 30,000). It has a foam backing laminate of 100% high density polyurethane foam. This also complies with CE standards for automobile use (the minimum density is 45kg/m3).
Our seat covers are water resistant, and have stood up well to all tests performed for wear & tear, including UV degradation.
TRS Custom Seat Covers come with two choices of embroidery: either the truck manufacturer’s logo as standard, or the client’s own logo.
We have perfected & rigorously tested our seat cover designs to fit snugly and neatly across the range of various truck seat styles in use today. For all makes of commercial vehicles including MAN, Volvo, Mercedes, Fuso, Hino, Scania & more.
All TRS Custom Covers come with a 2 year warranty. Our seat covers are shipped nationwide, to all provinces in South Africa.
